COVID-19 UPDATES

Auckland is in Alert Level 3 from Wednesday 22 September 

 

Good news - that means we can ship all goods!

 

During alert level 3 our store will remain closed for retail customers.  We will be shipping all orders but please be aware that they may not be sent until the day after we receive your order.  This is because our staff are not onsite all day during Alert Level 3.  Emails and telephone messages will all be attended to as soon as possible, generally within 24-48 hours.  

Couriers are also likely to be extremely busy over the next few weeks as they catch up on the backlog of parcels from level 4 and everyone shipping again in level 3.  Please be patient as your purchase may take a little longer than usual to arrive.

You will be able to click and collect if you require, however there will be restrictions in place for these and they will be by arrangement only - Monday to Friday:

  • Please order your garments online first.  Goods must be paid for online, you will not be allowed instore to make payments.
  • In the 'Special Instructions' box please comment that you will collect your goods instore.  Add your contact number and email address here as well.  We will contact you to arrange a pick up time. 
  • When you arrive the doors will be closed, please phone the store on 09 276 5434 (0800 BIG MAN) to advise our staff you are there for collection.
  • At the front door - Sign in using the QR scanner.
  • Please wear a mask and present your sales receipt.
  • Your goods will be placed on a table for you at the door, for you to collect in a contactless manner.

 

Returns

We understand that returning items at the higher alert levels is difficult with the store being closed.  Please do not send anything back in Alert Level 3 or 4 as the couriers can not deliver parcels if we are not there.

If you do wish to return a garment please send us an email to sales@bigmanclothing.co.nz advising us which items are wanting to return or exchange.  We will acknowledge your email and also advise when to send your garments back, most likely in Level 2 unless alternative arrangements are made.
